Thank you for choosing Dual Stage Amplification! We work hard to build and ship our products with the highest quality and care.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days
- Custom-built or made-to-order items may require additional lead time, which will be noted on the product page
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day
If there are any delays beyond typical processing times, we will contact you directly.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination
- Package weight and size
- Selected carrier and service level
We currently ship using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL (varies by location).
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor delivery progress.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard delivery typically takes 2–7 business days
- Expedited options may be available at checkout
Shipping timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, operational delays, or peak seasons.
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide. Please note:
- Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing
- International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees (unless otherwise stated in writing)
These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices and may be collected upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimates.
Failed Deliveries / Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Unclaimed or refused delivery
- Failure to pay import duties/taxes
The customer will be responsible for any reshipment costs or, if applicable, a refund minus shipping charges.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Once a package is scanned by the carrier, it is the carrier’s responsibility. However, we are here to help:
- If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product
- If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us for further assistance
We will do everything we can to support resolution.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to safety regulations, certain electronic items may not be eligible for shipment to all countries. If applicable, restrictions will be noted at checkout.
